The Check-in is done in our office in Via Delle Casine 6, from 15.00 to 19.00. We kindly ask our guests to inform us, their arrival time, at least 1 day prior. This information is very important for us because we don’t have a reception open 24 hours.
If requested, it will be possible to come in the morning from 10.30 to 13.00 to drop off your luggages.
There will be an extra charge for check-ins after 19.00.
The building Marchesi Pontenani is located on the corner with two streets. The office entrance is in Via Delle Casine 6, (for the check-in and check-out), where you have access to a lift as well.
During your stay, our guests will enter from Via Tripoli 28, where you have a few steps that leads to the lift located on the first floor.
Check-out no later than 11.00 am
It will be possible to leave the luggages in the residence if requested.
Cleaning service
We provide cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels every three days, only if it’s necessary.
There will be an extra charge for those who wish to have the linen and towels changed on a daily basis.
